Micro Flex (Thin Film) Circuits

Similar to traditional flex circuits, our Extreme Resolution Micro Flex (ERMF) circuits are orders of magnitude smaller.

We use an additive process (sputtering or electroplating) to manufacture our thin film circuits for your specific application. Available with a variety of trace metal options, our conductive traces and spaces can be as small as 0.003mm. Trace thicknesses may be three to five times the trace width, depending on other dimensional parameters.

When necessary, isolated or in-circuit chip bonding sites are available, as are circuits that are entirely biocompatible.
